My Versa 2 is not reading my SpO2.

I upgraded (paying for all services?) and my o2's are not reading.  Main reason I bought because mine drop to 55 @ night.  Help?

There are some factors that can affect your SpO2 readings. I would recommend visiting this article, open the menu "Why didn’t I receive SpO2 data?" and follow the instructions.

 

In addition, you can restart your Fitbit Versa 2 by following these steps.

I want to thank you for responding but NO.   It is still not reading.    We have tried everything and what you had suggested.   

Might anyone have a phone number to call?
