I have only had this for four days now and starting yesterday it stopped syncing. So it won't show my sleep it won't update something that I changed in the app and it doesn't show the correct number of active days. Can someone tell me what the problem is or how tj fix it.

To resolve syncing issues we recommend following these troubleshooting steps, however according to the behavior you described, it seems to be related to the firmware version.
Currently, the latest firmware version for the Fitbit Versa 2 is 72.1.9. For instructions on how to see you current version please visit this article and open the menu "How do I find the version number for my Fitbit device?". Whether you have a different version, over the next couple of days you should receive a notification in the Fitbit app to update you watch.
