My versa that i got for mothers day is not syncing.. i have performed all suggestions and its the watch itself.. i have ultimately resorted to clearing it to factory setting HOPING it would resolve, but now i cant even use it because the although Versa is seen by my bluetooth (Samsung Galaxy s8) it will not connect...
I am at a loss.. any other ideas???

Have you tried going into the fitbit app on your phone, then account and then set up device. Select Versa and then the option to replace device.
