My Versa screen isn't working

I have owned my Versa for 5 months. I wear it when working out .Now the screen only shows lines through it. I have tried a restart but that doesn't work. It will charge. I'm so disappointed especially for what I paid for it. Does anyone have any idea how to fix this problem. Thank you for your help.
