My Fitbit won't update. (Android) a loading screen continues to pop up but makes no progress.

@Tiffanye96 Welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since it's not updating.

 

In addition to the great information that shared @SunsetRunner, please let me know if it's the firmware update that is not going through or if it's your Versa's data that is not syncing. This will help me to avoid any confusion on my end.

Unknowingly I bought a V40 cellphone so my fitbit is as good as a paper weight unless I get a new phone. So sad. 

 

I also have a chrome book so I can't use that either. I'm just going to sell it on Facebook market place.
