My versa will not update. It will keep downloading or even start the process over. I have left it updating over night and In the morning it restarted updating. I have disconnected from Bluetooth, I’ve repaired my versa to the app as if it is a new device. Nothing is working!

Hi, maybe this guide will help you to update your Versa to the newest Firmware version. It uses WiFi instead of BT. Good luck!!

Yes, same issue here. Purchased today, returning tomorrow. Been working on it for 4 hours. Won't connect to wifi (right next to router), update won't push over BT, red X randomly appears on the versa screen. Have restarted multiple times. I have never encountered a more cumbersome set up procedure for a "smart" device in my life.

Well it nice to know that I am not the only one have problems with my new Versa watch. Called the HELP-LESS Customer Service Line. They tried to tell me that it was my internet connection. I tried the BT and WiFi both unable to get this device to work. Back in the box it goes. I too have been spinning my wheels for hours trying to get this thing to work.
THIS IS A BUYER BEWARE ITEM.

What should the new firmware version be? Mine is not syncing my steps at all or my heart beat. Please advise.
