My fitbit died today while I was at the pool. The whole entire time it was glitching and wouldnt stop vibrating everytime. I've never had this happen to me before. I've had this fitbit for not even a whole year. The battery sucks, and now it is dead. I tried the restart process and I have no response or reaction from my fitbit versa. I tried the customer service,  I cant get ahold of them. Please help, I depend on my fitbit for time and ever other gadget that is on it.

Mine died since 3 days back till now. Tried every means of troubleshooting but to no avail. Unable to charge despite using my friend's charger. The watch just wont on back.

 

Any advise?
