I have to reboot my Verse frequently because about twice a day, my app says 'no device found' and won't sync.
I reboot my Verse and then it starts to sync.
So, it's not a phone/app issue.
This has been going on for about a week.

'Device not found' will often correct itself a little later if you don't need to sync right then.
Another thing that often works for me is to go into phone settings and just turn bluetooth off and right back on.
