New Update

The new update has messed with my heart rate (reading lower than it used to). I tried all the troubleshooting techniques and it is still off. I tried asking for help from Fitbit but I didn't get help. So I was hoping if someone on here has had the same issue and if they have a solution. Thank you

My understanding is that this update did some tuning to the heart rate readings. 

You say it is lower but no mention of which version is correct? 

IE: have you checked with a third party app or device?

I haven't checked with a 3rd party but it does fluctuate more than it did before.

Do you know exactly what the updated entailed? You said something about the heart rate?
