I just had to bought a new Fitbit versa 2 like a week ago because my Fitbit versa stopped working it stopped tracking my steps and heart rate I tried to factory reset it everything you name it I tried. So instead of making a big deal about it I ordered a new Fitbit. NOW my Fitbit versa 2 it not working. It was fine until about 15 minutes ago I went to look at the time and the screen was flashing and now it wont even turn on. I tried to soft reset it and google how to hard reset it and connect it to the charger for 5 minutes. This is getting ridiculous at $200 a pop I should have a good product and Fitbit should stand behind their product now I have two broken Fitbits and I am out $400 dollars.
