After updating my Fitbit versa 2 to the newest update my heart rate isn’t been tracked properly!!!! It won’t move past 80bpm while I’m sweeting during a workout !!! Only a year old I’m so annoyed !!!!

Seems like this is a common issue.

Probably best to inform Fitbit Support directly. They may be able to help you.
