Omg I have been so frustrated trying to delete my old Fitbit to  put in new Versa2 . I am close to returning it. I keep getting turn on my Bluetooth and it’s on. Why is it so dam complicated

Hi @Guggy3, what's the other model Fitbit you have?  If the other model is incompatible, the Versa 2 should ask you if you want to replace the old model with the Versa 2 during the setup process.

 

These models include

Versa 1

Versa Lite

Inspire HR/Inspire

Ionic

Charge 3

As @DramaQueenDiva states, simply do the normal setup for the Versa 3. The app will confirm with you that it is ok to remove the versa. You want to click yes. 

 

However to remove, tap on the Versa from the Account Page, then tap the Garbage can found in the top right.
