No Internet Connection/Fitbit.com is unavailable

I was sitting at home and went to log something via my android app. The app had kicked me out. This has happened before so I just went to log back in. It refuses to let me. Keeps telling me I have no internet connection or that fitbit.com is unavailable. I have tried off of wifi, uninstalling and reinstalling the app, and restarting my phone. Nothing is working. I love my versa and have used it every day since I got it. I would love a solution to this ASAP as I use it to track steps at work.

Same here ... I have tried web site, app on phone, app on Kindle, all with no luck. It happened earlier today, then worked mid-afternoon, and not since.

I am having a similar issue. My versa lite just stopped synching around 1:30 today. Now the app says fitb.com unavailable please try again later. I've tried all forum suggestions- force stop app, restart phone, use wifi, don't use wifi, uninstall and reinstall, etc. Nothing is working. I've only had this for two weeks, and I am going to be sending it back and getting another brand if this can't be resolved very quickly. Hoping for a quick solution.

I am waiting to talk with someone. Very annoying. I am used to sync issues and restarting, but this is ridiculous.

Sigh. I saw a ton of reviews on the app install all on this issue. Most reviewers from 9/4 & forward. ALL very unhappy. I'm afraid this is not going to be fixed.

I have the same issue.   My versa last synced at 8:07 PM EDT.   Kicked me out of the mobile app and I can't log back in.

 

This is getting old!!!

 

Between the updates that don't work and the mobile app being unassesible  what's the point of staying with the Fitbit brand.  

 

Would be nice if Fitbit would respond.

Had I known this was a problem I wouldn't have bought this versa. Worked great for two days and now not letting me sign in

I chatted with support. They say there is an ongoing problem with the app and they are working on it, but no target time/date. There should be a software update.

I have had mine since June and never had an issue until now. I checked via my computer app and apparently they are having a syncing issue as well. Maybe they are just down for a while. I'm gonna give it till tomorrow before I make a huge stink.

I'm a brand new user today and am already so frustrated. Seriously considering returning and going with a Samsung instead.

While I'm glad they're working on it,  a time frame would be appreciated. I'm already researching away at other brands. Hard decision, fyi. Lots of choices. My first choice is to stick with what I have, but not if this is going to be an ongoing issue.

Yay!!! I was just able to get back into app AND it synched. I did nothing other than discuss issues on this forum. I'll keep everyone updated for the next couple days. Going to sleep now. Hoping it will log my sleep......

I can finally log back into the mobile app but it's still not syncing correctly. 

 

I'm am still seeing the Fitbit.com is down for maintenance message when I try to sync.

 

So over this!! 

 

Going to start exploring other options since Fitbit can't do anything to fix their issues.

I can't synch since yesterday at 3:47 and getting pissed.  Nothing works.

Back to syncing issues. Now it's taking me to enable location frui such but location is already on. Also my text, email, and phone stopped writing on the fitbit. Grrrr
