I don't know how many times I have tried everything recommended by the support people and by the community in order to get my Versa to start giving me notifications to move again after they suddenly stopped. I have done all the updates and even re-installed it, nothing helps. I bought a new Fibit but returned it for a refund yesterday after spending over an hour trying to get it to give notifications.Should I just give up on this feature?

Hi, Thanks for trying to help, but as I tried to explain, I restarted the device repeatedly and even reinstalled the app. I worked with the Support Team and did all the told me to do. Nothing worked. So I am giving up.
