6 phone calls, 2 live chats, many emails and several disconnected calls to NO avail! Someone please advise me on what to do next!? I am just trying to process my insurance claim! Thanks!

@Sammi84 The serial number is on the box. Sadly, most of us don't keep the box after setting up our devices and getting them to work.
