I purchased my Fitbit Versa a few weeks ago and for the first week it tracked my sleep (fairly well) but since then it has not tracked any sleep insights at all and when I check in the morning the sleep icon just says 'wear your fitbit to bed' to get insights. I am wearing it to bed and have tried adjusting setting (from normal to sensitive), and have tried adjusting the band, and restarting the watch but nothing has helped. Does anyone have any suggestions? I primarily bought this watch for steps and sleep insights so if it is not going to work I would rather find another watch that is more accurate with providing sleep data. Thanks for your help!

I'm having the same issue! It was working fine until about a week ago. I've tried everything. I really need to understand my sleep habits so this has been a huge disappointment.
