Same with me. Except my toggle to turn snore detection is turned on. I have hooked into Alexa. Microphone on. Full battery. I only had the snore report once. What am I not doing?
I cannot find a restore button. Please add pictures of the steps. Thank you.

I've moved your post to the Other Versa Smartwatches board so we can keep the forums organized. Thanks for letting us know about your watch and the steps that you've tried so far. To find the snore reports just open the Fitbit app, tap the sleep tile and then tap any sleep log. Tap Restoration, and scroll down and tap View Snore & Noise Report (see screenshot below):
