I had a Charge 2 And I would get an email on my phone when my battery was low… I don’t get such emails now that I have a versa light. And the indicator on my tracker is so small I have a difficult time seeing it. How do I get a low battery indicator email?

Hello @JannieB please check your notification settings

If they are correct then we have to look at the sync schedule. You should receive a low battery notification after a sync that reports a battery level under 30%

@JannieB it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community! By the way, I'm sorry for the late response. However, regarding the low battery notifications issue that you are experiencing with your Versa, the information that shared my friend @Rich_Laue is correct. Check out your web-based Dashboard under the notifications settings as he advised and see if the email notifications are enabled.

If you found his post helpful, please accept it as a solution so other users that experience the same issue can find it easier.

Looking forward to your response! 😀

Thank you for your suggestions.  I just looked at my FitBit and it has not synced all day!  My old Charge 2 was a much better device.  It synced with no problem and was much more user friendly!  I bought this one because my Charge 2 didn't show the time unless I hit the button.  This one WAS SUPPOSED to show the time with a twist of my wrist!  It worked for about 2 days when I first wore it...hasn't worked since...I've tried to find into about it on the website to no avail.  If you have any suggestions, I would greatly appreciate your help.  Thanks so much!

@CaroleAnnBillin, I'm sorry for the late response. However, let me welcome you to our Fitbit forums. I would like to follow up on the email notifications issue that your Fitbit Versa is experiencing.

Please go to your online Dashboard settings and disable the email notifications, save the changes. After this, log out of your Dashboard, log back in and enable the notifications again. Finally, monitor your your account and watch in order to see if the low battery notifications are sent.

Also, check out the spam or trash folders of your email account and see if the notifications are there.

Let me know how it goes.
