Wondering if someone could help I recently got a new phone and have connected Fitbit but I'm not getting any notifications through to my fitbit versa 2. Its saying phone needs to restart to get notifications I have tried that nothing happens I also read a post that said uninstall the app and I did that and it worked for a hour and its stopped again. Don't know what else to do has anyone else had this problem?

Is the phone on the supported list? If not some things will not work correctly until it is

It's huawei p30 pro which is compatible so that doesn't seem to be the problem.
