Notification issue on fitbit versa lite

Even if connected with Bluetooth notifications are not showing,shows one error message restart your phone to enable notifications,(one plus6).I am tired of restarting my phone as well as fitbit device😠.(I tried all possible ways e.g watching you tube videos,Quora ,.....).Please help me out Bcz it's so cool I don't want to return it
