Hello. I just got a Versa Lite and I'm reading and looking through things, but can someone please tell me where a notification would appear on my watch if I got a text message? Meaning, how would I know I got one? Do I need to have a certain app on it? I think I have all the correct permissions set on my phone, which is an Android v9. Any help you can give me would be greatly appreciated. I don't seem to be getting any sort of notifications.

@sandcat It will vibrate when you received a message and if you have quick view on and you move your wrist it’ll show you the newest message or if you didn’t feel the vibration and want to know if you received any messages you just turn your Fitbit on and swipe your finger down from the top and it’ll show you any unread messages. I hope this was able to help you. Thank you, have a great day!

@sandcat sounds like you aren't seeing notifications. Have you tried this article and made sure your settings are correct?

I discovered, via a YouTube video, that I actually had not turned the notifications on through the app on my phone for texting and calls and such. I guess I thought it would be automatic or something. Hahaha.
