I have my Versa 2 for few days now. Everything was fine until today. Notifications stopped working. It says phone restart is required. I have done it twice and still nothing. I tried to turn off and on Bluetooth. Un-sync and disable notifications and sync again. Nothing helped. What should I do? Got P30 Pro if it helps.
I have the same problem. I also have the same phone. tried clearing the data from my phone but this did not work. Last night I unistalled the app completely and re installed it. This worked and all my notifications were working fine. This morning though I haven't been able to receive any, the fitbit wouldn't sync and then I had the same message about a restart.
So frustrated! I only had the versa 2 for a week and I am regretting buying it.
Best AnswerHi this has happened to me also, I called and spoke to customer services last week and they assured me that the new update would fix this issue, download the new update last night and everything seemed to be working ok, only this morning again the same message restart from etc,
So I called customer services again to then be told that my phone isn't compatible with the versa and they are getting around to testing it, but won't know how long that will take 😳, I'm so annoyed because this is false advertising, btw my phone is Xiaomi mi mix 3
Best AnswerWell, I don't know what just happened but I opened Fitbit app and it was all translated to Polish language and information that my phone needed to be restarted dissapeared. Notifications work, lol.
