I have updated my OnePlus pro7 to Android 10. After that update notifications are not coming. Please can anyone help me on this.
Best Answer@SaurabhY Does your tracker sync without any issues? When was the last sync? Try rebooting both phone and your Versa. Make sure All-day Sync and Always Connected are enabled in the Fitbit mobile app, and that you're running the latest Fitbit app version. Also, make sure that Fitbit app is not being optimized by Android in the Battery Settings.
Best AnswerI have updated the app and checked my notifications settings, everything for me seems to be good. But when am checking notifications options it shows error "notification service is not working.phone restart required to enable the same". I have done that but still the issue persist. Please assist. This issue is coming after updation of my Android 9 to 10.
Best Answer@SaurabhY Your OS is killing the process. You need to make sure the optimization is turned off and also lock the app in the background (pin it).
