Notifications service is not running Versa Lite

I'm seriously thinking of returning my Versa Lite, had it since April, all ok for a couple of months but this last 6 weeks the notification service is not running. Says to restart phone but that doesn't work, only way to resolve it is to uninstall app then install again. 

This lasts a matter of hours or a couple of days then stops working again. The main reason for purchasing this was so I get messages, calls etc through the device.

It seems a waste of time having it now.

Thanks for the reply

I've got huawei p20 pro..thought fitbit compatible with all phones, if not
its a joke. 😠Like I said for 2 months no issues at all.
Over the last week I must have uninstalled and installed it 5 times.

Well the Pro is not one of the Huawei phones with big problems, but there are often problems with Huawei on higher function tasks, especially notifications. Id suggest you contact Support and see if they can help you.

Hi

I have read quite a bit saying it's the fitbit app and others are saying
install an older version. But 8 don't really want to try that..
