Notifications

I just got my Fitbit Versa light today and I can get Snapchat notifications but I don’t get text messages. I have everything turned off all of the notifications are turned on for it and it’s still not working

That is the problem, then. iOS has changed settings in their most recent update so there are some changes you need to make to get the notifications back. Go to the first post in THIS thread by KateFitbit and flollow the directions. That should get you the text notifications back.

Then try all the suggestions in THIS Help Article on Troubleshooting Notifications. If you still have problems after that then you would be best contacting Support.
