The comments from Fitbit that they are aware and looking to fix seem to be the a constant reply. No fix has been issued to a problem that has been ongoing for some time.
Versa is now useless as a smart watch. Just a fitness tracker. Fed up of reinstalling the app, rebooting the watch all to no avail.
If Fitbit can't solve this soon then another manfucturer looks the only option for a working smart watch.

We are not getting our monies worth. I bought a smartwatch and expect to be able to use it as a smartwatch. If they are not going to fix it soon then I feel they should be issuing some full refunds.

Agreed. Galaxy s10. Haven't been getting text message notifications for a month now. Tried everything to no avail. Finally had to go back to my Garmin as Fitbit seems unwilling to address the issue. (I replaced my Garmin with versa bc of the reply function. Can't reply if can't get notifications!

Please please please fix the compatibility issues with my Inspire hr Fitbit and iOS! I purchased this to be able to get notifications and am so disappointed that I can’t receive them. What’s the timeline Fitbit?
