My watch shows off hours display constantly. Can’t use button or swipe.  Can’t turn the watch off.  Tried changing clock face it rumbles like it did it but doesn’t show up.  Added new versa2 went thru the whole thing still says off hours.  Can’t find spot in app to get rid of always on and when my watch lets me get to settings always on is off.  Please help

Does it actually say "off hours display"?  I've never seen that?  Is this a third-party clock face? If so, might try switching to another clock face.

It say ‘off hours’. Then say the display turns off to not disturb sleep and I can change ‘always on’ in settings.  The couple times it has let me get to quick settings Always on is not on.  Are there any other places to get to always on settings.

I have tried both Fitbit faces and 3rd party,  none will come on

Settings > Display > Always-on

but I've never seen that give an 'off hours' display.

Sorry been in a golf tourney and very busy.  I used to be able to find settings on my phone but no longer.  Unless my brain is fried they are no longer available, you can only get them on the watch, which is not working.   Do you know a way to force the watch to shut down. The button does not work.  Saw other watches you can hook up to the computer to force a shut down but not Versa.  I am at a loss as to how to work around this.  Has to be a glitch but with not being able to get to the settings or shut it down can’t tell time and can’t be fixed.  The functions work in the back ground (steps, cal, sleep) which I can see on my phone.  Still does the fireworks at 10000 steps, just doesn’t tell time which is it’s main function.  To be wearing & flip my wrist to see what time it is and only seeing Off Hours is such a pain in the butt.

I meant on watch, but that's no help to you.

Have you tried restart by holding in side button at least 10 seconds?

I'm afraid that's all I have to offer, other than contacting Help.
