On wrist-calls on Versa 3 aren't working

I have not been able to take phone calls through my Versa 3 even though it was working at first. Not sure if I somehow turned something off or not. When I click to answer call it says it’s not connected. How do I fix this? My Bluetooth is connected correctly.

Hi @Agfuller  - check your Versa 3 controls Bluetooth entry. There is a gear icon to configure it to take calls, then go to the On-wrist calls in the Fitbit App and make sure it's working.

If still a problem logout of the Fitbit App and restart both phone and watch via Shutdown in the watch Settings. Wait at least 10 seconds before placing on the charger to restart it and charge it.

Login and sync and check the On-wrist setting again.

Thank you it worked! Not sure if it was turning it on and off helped or doing the Bluetooth on and off I tried both and now all is well. 😊
