OnePlus compatibility request for VErsa 2

Hello,

I recently received the Versa 2 S.E. as a gift and the person who bought it for me didn't realize I switched from Apple to Oneplus.  I see that Oneplus isn't on the compatibility list on the website and before I decide to return this or give it to someone I would like to know if Oneplus is going to become compatible for use with the Versa 2 S.E.
Any help would be appreciated.

@Nautus, I'm sorry for the late response. However, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community. Regarding the compatibility inquiry, I'm sorry to hear that your phone is not added in the Supported devices list.

The model that it's in the list is the OnePlus 6. What is the model of your Once Plus phone?

To answer your question, I'm afraid that we don't have a specific time when a new device is added to the list. However, I'd like you to submit a compatibility request in our Feature Suggestion board and people can vote for it. The more votes your request gets, the more chances it will have to be reviewed by our engineering team.

I've been using my Versa 2 for two days now with my Oneplus 7T Pro and I haven't had any problem

thanks I will keep an eye out but I am using the 7 pro. I have gotten good feedback about it and will see what I can do about getting things to work.
