Only Have Three Options In “Today” Settings Menu

I’ve update my watch to OS 3.0 and of the seven options with a box to check, I’ve only got three: Core Stats, Hoirly Steps, Heart Rate. 

I also cant input water stats either. Please let me know how to get these working.

It did not work!!! There were no updates available, and i rebooted it but it still won't work! If i uninstall my Fitbit app, will all my data be deleted??

No, @Aj777 , uninstalling your Fitbit app, then re-installing it will not delete your data.

I tried this but it still did not work. There are no updates available for the today app. After reinstall and restart I am still only seeing 3 activities available.

You can not uninstall or change this way

I tried these steps for my versa 2 but still, it's not showing all stats.  

The tracker is only showing 3 stats to choose from (Activity, Hourly Steps, and Heart Rate). None of the other stats are even showing up to choose them.

Forget to mention, it shows all stats in the previous firmware version but after updating to the latest firmware(35.71.6.19), they are not showing up.
