For almost a week now my versa will not track anything but steps/distance. I have restarted my phone, restarted my versa, deleted my versa from the app, as well as deleted the app from my phone. There is no tracking of sleep, stairs, active minutes or calories burned. This is overly frustrating as I’ve started a new workout program and would like to know my stats.

Hi @Ajh90 If you only restarted the Versa once, do it several more times. If that doesnt fix it try doing a Factory reset (settings app on the watch and scroll down to About). Please come back here if you continue to have problems.

Since doing the factory reset have you done any new active minutes, stairs or sleep? If the tracker has missed recording any of these things they are probably gone for good.
