Oppo F9 compatibility problem with Fitbit Versa

Hey Fitbit team.

I have recently bought Fitbit versa.

I am having Oppo F9 smartphone. But there are some compatibility issues between Oppo F9 and Versa. While I am trying to setup notification from Fitbit app in nstalled in Oppo F9 phone, the window for notification setup is not appearing. It's becoming white and coming back to the earlier window. As a result I am unable to setup notification for my Fitbit versa.

Kindly help me to get out of this problem.

Let me help you with your Versa notifications on your phone. Your phone doesn't show as compatible but that doesn’t mean it won’t work it just means that it hasn’t been tested by our team. You can try the following:

• Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
• Restart your phone and restart your device.
• Also, if you are using an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on.
