Phone GPS Connecting not working with Versa lite

Never connects though. Using S9 btw.  It's allowed to run in background, battery optimization all turned off. I've tried fixes like turning WiFi off, reinstalled app etc nothing has worked. Just sits connecting but never does.

 

Anyone else got this issue?

Let me help you with your GPS connection on your Versa lite and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. Try refreshing the link between your phone and your device by doing the following:

  • Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  • Restart your phone and restart your device
  • Also, if you are using an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on.

This works for 1 time, then you have to do it all over again.
