Phone volume

Hi. Hoping someone can help, I recently got the versa 2 and now when I call or anyone calls me it’s super hard to hear them on my phone. Is there anyway I can change the volume setting to hear turn better and then hear me better.

Do you have the phone on speaker or is the phone up to your ear?

i have iPhone XS Max, yes truer volume on phone. It’s having phone to my ear, head phones and through car is fine.

So when is the volume not loud?

When I speak on the phone! Since having the Fitbit it’s hard to hear people when I talk in my phone and also they struggle to hear me. Never an issue before I connected my Fitbit!!
