I have always had a personal photo loaded as my clock face & have changed it regularly. The photo I had loaded has disappeared & the personal photo option has disappeared from my Fitbit Versa so I cannot reload it or any others. All I get when I go to ‘My Versa’ & then ‘Settings’ are a few different colours from which to choose. Any suggestions?

Hi, install the Fibit Clock Face called "Photograph".
