Quick replies are not working on my Versa 2 using an iOS device

Hey! So I used to have a Samsung but kinda recently changed to an iPhone 11. After the switch, I could no longer answer my texts on my Versa 2. When I had my Samsung I got the notification and also had the ability to voice text a custom response or choose from a list. That’s now no longer available? Is there a setting I’m missing or does apple not have responses?

Hi there, @jmcreasy14. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post.

As @JohnnyRow has pointed out, at this moment such feature is not currently planned for our iOS users just as stated on this feature suggestion: Quick Replies for iOS Devices. However, even though the current status is Not currently planned, this doesn't mean that we are not reviewing the feedback we receive from our iOS users, therefore, I suggest you to participate there, leave your comments and a vote. We look forward to review your input.

Not available with iPhone; reportedly because restriction on access to IOS rather than a conscious decision by Fitbit.

From How do I respond to messages with my Fitbit device?

Don’t understand why you aren’t even considering quick response for IOS but I certainly vote for it. Would rather not switch to an Apple Watch. Thanx

If you read my response above, you would see it has been considered but Apple/IOS prevents Fitbit from doing this.
