It is now 2020 I just got the Fitbit Versa Lite thinking I could quick reply with iOS... very disappointed.. what’s going on 🙁

As you've discovered, the Quick Reply feature only works with Android as documented here: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/2344/

 

It seems that the problem is that Apple have restrictions in place that prevent fitbit being able to perform this function with iPhones.
