Does anyone know if you can program the 'Relax' to start guided breathing sessions at a certain time everyday?

No, it has to be started manually each session.

You could suggest that on the Feature Suggestions Board.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

I don't know how that would have happened.  Maybe I was wrong but I don't think so.
