Hi, Just received my replacement Versa.
I'm wondering if I can move my old saved Clock faces to my New one or is it a case of "I have to delete my old one" and start afresh
Also, Do I delete the "account" I have with my old one or delete the "device" only
I know there are guides for setting up etc but no guides "specifically" for replacements

Turn the old one off, or move the old one further away.

First thing you want to do @tomncar777 is to write down the names of your clock faces.
If you have Fitbit pay setup. Remove the card and pin number.
Now do an add device to install the new tracker.
You will be warned and asked if you want to replace the Versa., chose yes. And setup the tracker
