How is it ok for Fitbit to issue used watches to replace a broken watch when the fault is theres?
Paid full price for a watch, used it a couple months and it broke and now I get a pre-owned one or 50% off new one.

@versa12345 Welcome to the Fitbit Community! I hope you're doing well! Sorry for the delay in my reply.
Let me help you with your inquiry about replacements. The warranty states that refursbished items could be used to replace your device. These devices got through quality control to ensure they are ready to use. Still this is not always the case and usually new devices (just the pebble) are issued as replacements. Still you can check the warranty for more information.
Let me know how it goes.

Thankyou for your reply.
I have read the warranty and realise it says that they can do this.
However this is clearly a big fault with the versa (lots of posts on here reporting the same issue) and when people pay full price for a new watch they don't expect to have it replaced with a used watch within a few months.
Especially when we are talking about a product which is designed to be used when sweating alot.
