Hi my tracker went so they sent me a new one. I dont want to lose all my work outs cardio score etc how do i set up my fitbit to an existing account without losing all my stuff ? Thanks
Hi odyssey thanks for replying, my other tracker will not work. I cant sync it completely battery dead! Got sent another one of the same but i need to set it up and it says set up new device and i dont want to lose everything really need help no idea what am doing thanks
Your history is kept on the servers, protected by your user name and password. You won't lose it. If the old tracker isn't working, the best you can do is manually log (estimate the steps) you've taken.

You can log into your account on a laptop and remove your old device and set your new one up that way you wont lose anything hun as its all on your online account
