Restarting Fitbit

How am I suppose to restart a Fitbit device when the buttons on the device are unresponsive

If the buttons are not working then it's more likely to be a hardware issue, in which case a restart wouldn't help anyway.

 

Your best option would be to contact customer support via contact.fitbit.com If they can't fix it then they can check your warranty status and advise on your options.
