Restarting a Versa Lite

My Fitbit Versa Lite is not working it’s unresponsive and the screen has gone black and it won’t charge. I have read that restarting it could help but I don’t know how to restart mine without it being on. I’ve seen articles that say hold down three buttons at once but mine only has the small button on the side. How can I restart my Fitbit without being able to turn it on?
