I tryed to get a refund yesterday but the number I put in said it was wrong but its not did it like 10 times

From where did you purchase your Versa Lite, @Snickers02 ?  And exactly where are you trying to enter a number?  You would need to take the Versa Lite back to the retailer that sold you the device for any refund. Hope this helps. If it does not, please provide more information.
