Ruby version or Merlot

Hello!

I found in Poland special version of watch Ruby band edition. But I dont see it on official web page. 

Thats why im afraid to buy, maybe its a copy?

Who know if its possible to buy or better buy normal rose edition?

Hi, @elfick , you should only buy Fitbits from authorised retailers.  If you buy from someone else, you risk purchasing a counterfeit item and the warranty may not be honoured.

Okey! Agito shop also has that version. So is it official version? Why there is no that one in fitbit.shop? 

BTW other shops from that list sell only apple products, i checked them.

They said the right name is

Hi, @elfick , I agree that this version does niot appear to be available on either the US or UK Fitbit sites (the special edition is only available with cloth bands), but as loong as yu buy from a Fitbit authorised retailer you can be confident that it is a genuine product.

For any queries I would recommend keeping your receipt in a safe place.

Hi, @elfick , by sheer coincidence, I popped in to see my Vet this afternoon, and saw that the receptionist was wearing what looked just like the picture you have posted - a rose gold Versa with a band what seems to me that very colour.  So maybe it was available elsewhere, but no longer in the USA or UK - or maybe they have different colours for different regions.

Yes. I like this version. But in livechat they said that it was limited version and they no longer produce it. 

Dont know why 🙂 but I hope it wasnt defective or Faulty. Im going to buy it on my risk.

@elfick , that won’t be a problem at all - as long as you purchase from an authorised retailer, then if it goes wrong because of a manufacturing defect during the warranty period Fitbit will replace it with the closest similar device, even if they do not have the exact same colour available.  In Europe the warranty period is 2 years, so it is really a great deal!

I have the Versa special edition and I absolutely love it.  Best Fitbit ever.  I am sure you will not regret your purchase
