SP02 feature missing

Supposedly my Versa should have the SP02 function working. I am not seeing it as active. Oxygen levels can be helpful in relation to the current Covid concerns. Any idea when this may be updated or made active?

Hi @ith0 It is active. Go to your sleep tile in the app and select the night you and interested in. Scroll down to and select  Restoration and then scroll down to the Estimated Oxygen Variation graph

Restoration only appears when you have Fitbit Premium ( paid service ). My chart used to live below the sleep graph, but then it disappeared, only to come back a few days later and then disappear again. Currently, it is missing again (4-9-20). FRUSTRATING!!! Especially since I updated my perfectly well functioning Blaze to the Versa 2 JUST TO GET THIS FEATURE! Updated my husband’s Blaze as well, and his works just fine all the time! As though he cared . . . How ironic! Hey Fitbit, is this just a ploy to get us all who want this feature to sign up for Premium? I just forked over 200 bucks to upgrade my device and the reason I did this IS NOT WORKING!

I received a notification awhile back, that they were giving the Premium for free during the pandemic - I just checked - and I don't have an option anywhere for SP02.  If it truly tracks this, I would pay for Premium!

Premium isn't required for basic SPO2 readings. If the watch detected enough sleep to show sleep stages and a sleep score, the SPO2 reading should be listed if you click on that particular days sleep tile, and scroll down below time spent in each stage of sleep.

Unless you have an older phone. My old S5 won't show the SPO2 graph, but my newer phones do. Every time the Versa detected over 3 hours of sleep.

I ended up calling Fitbit support since it was just showing up when it wanted and then it would disappear, only to reappear at random. The CSR had me force stop the app and then open it again. PROBLEM SOLVED! So simple . . . It’s been there ever since!

I do have an older phone. However, I usually check it on my new laptop - I
still cannot find anything anywhere showing my SP02. I really NEED it. I
have radiation induced heart and lung disease; and have zephyr lung
implants. I have to manually monitor all day.....it would be nice if this
worked for me.

I checked the Fitbit.com dashboard and didn't see it there. My Galaxy S5 no longer gets fitbit app updates. Does yours? It looks like chat support is available. Maybe see what they say? You might need a newer phone to use that feature, but check with support? Premium probably wouldn't help either if your phone isn't updating the app.

Are we unable to see this in the online www.fitbit.com dashboard?

We can only see it in the app?

I couldn't find it. Don't know if you'll get an official response here.

The EOV graph in on the app only.  It isn't on the web dashboard.

For other users with questions, the graph is on the same page where you see your sleep stages.  Scroll to the bottom.  If you are a premium member, the EOV graph is on the Restoration page.

@RLZ777   Are you seeing your graph?  The EOV is available on the Ionic/Versa family/Charge 3/Charge 4.  Are you using one of these?  Sometimes users post in the incorrect device forum.

Download the SPO2 clockface for the Versa. And it will show on the watch in the morning after an hour or so.  Also if you have Premium it will be stored under a section called Health Metrics.

How do I download it? My apo says the clockface isn't compatible with the OS on my Fitbit versa 2.

@NAOMIANNE21 How long have you had it? If it's brand new, you have to wait a couple days for a firmware update notification in the app.
