Versa is recording steps fine but Screen is completely black as if it switched off. Green heart rate monitor is lit up behind. Have switched on and off and it is synchronised with my phone and at full charge.
any advice please

thanks. Yes have tried all that. Apart from the lack of screen it is working fine but that is a bit of a critical issue. Thanks. Kate

Hi Kate, on the off chance try changing clock face from the Clock tile in the Fitbit App, in case the one you have is a problem.

As our friend @Guy_ mentioned, there is a small chance that the situation is caused by the clock face.
You could try changing it or contact Support .

Thanks Guy - yes tried that but no joy. Not to worry, my versa lasted me over 3 years and so its probably time to get a new one.

THanks Juan - sadly, that didn't work so will look to get a new one but it did well to last 3 years with lots of hardwearing involved!
