I recieved my Fitbit Versa this past December for my birthday. I use it daily and only take it off to charge or dry. This week I went to put it on the charger and after a few hours checked on it and the screen has five multi colored stripes through the middle and won't show the normal display. Not sure what to do?

Let me help you with your Versa screen showing these lines. Please restart it by following these instructions.

I tried to turn it off then on again 3 times and it is still showing up with multi color stripes down the middle. Any other advice?
