Hi, @Antopaviolo , you should be able to perform the reset even without the screen working by holding both the left and the bottom right button for 8-10 secs.
You might need to repeat this a couple of times more. If the problem does not resolve after 3 attempts at the reset, then please post again for more help in order to create a case with Customer Support. Or you can get in touch with them directly on contact.fitbit.com. If yu do that, please let them know that you have already attempted the reset procedure, as that will save time and enable them to help yu more efficiently.
