I wear the Versa2 and love it. Have owned it for approximately 3 -4 years. Out of nowhere, the screen popped open, exposes the guts. It’s like the glue or whatever seals it completely gave out. Are these warrantied for that? Top is still attached but just pops open, screen goes to blank white. Anyone have this issue?

Hi @Jpro23 even if you were in one of the countries with a two year warranty, you've exceeded that time frame. Four years is a good long life for any device. There are places which might be able to repair it, but the cost could be fairly high. Might be time for a new Fitbit.

I’ve only had mine for about 1.5-2years. I was thinking it was 3-4 but I initially had a Blaze, then upgraded to Versa in 2021. Frustrating but I guess it’s time to shop for another.
